Welcome to the "Hamburg Glomerulonephritis Registry"
Dear Colleagues, Dear Patients,
Immune-mediated glomerular diseases are a heterogeneous group of diseases and although there are a number of treatment options, these are often unspecific and associated with significant side effects. Therefore, extensive research on these diseases is imperative in order to develop novel specific therapy options with less side effects.
The "Hamburg Glomerulonephritis Registry" was set up as part of the Collaborative Research Center 1192 and aims to establish a large cohort of patients with immune-mediated glomerular diseases (membranous nephropathy, membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis/ C3 glomerulopathy, ANCA-associated glomerulonephritis, lupus nephritis, anti-GBM nephritis , minimal change disease and focal and segmental glomerulosclerosis) in order to make such research possible. Our long term goal is the development of better treatments to cure immune-mediated kidney diseases.
With your help participating in the "Hamburg Glomerulonephritis Registry" we hope to achieve this goal.
